Retail Support Chatbot: Reduced Response Time

A Malaysian retail chain implemented a BotLabLearn AI chatbot prototype to handle common product queries and order status checks. Through iterative training on real ticket logs and scenario-based testing, the bot handled tier-1 queries within defined thresholds, freeing human agents to focus on escalations. The case highlights practical steps: data collection, intent clustering, conversation flow design, and phased roll-out with measurable operational KPIs.

Scenario

Healthcare Triage Scenario: Safe, Compliant Responses

In a simulated primary-care triage scenario, BotLabLearn guided learners to build a triage chatbot that asks symptom check questions, flags red-flag answers, and routes users to a clinician. The course emphasizes compliance, user consent, and clear disclaimers. Learners practice building fallback flows and audit logs so the bot's behavior is transparent and can be reviewed by clinical staff.

Practical Toolkit

Management FAQ Bot: Intent Prioritization and Security

This practical case teaches how to design a management FAQ bot that differentiates public information from account-specific assistance. The course module covers authentication gating, minimal data handling, and logging policies. Students complete a hands-on exercise integrating an OAuth flow and configuring role-based responses to protect sensitive data while improving user self-service.
