To use BotLabLearn courses and sandbox environments you must be at least the minimum age required by local law and able to form a binding contract. Organizations enrolling employees must ensure participants have appropriate permissions and comply with local regulations when working with personal data or restricted content. The platform is intended for professional learning, prototyping, and implementation scenarios; misuse that conflicts with public law or third-party terms is not permitted.

Participants must meet the minimum legal age for online contracts in their jurisdiction. If you enroll a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent and supervise use in exercises that handle sample personal data or simulated private information.

Users must use BotLabLearn materials lawfully. Training, experimentation, and deployment exercises should avoid illicit activities, prohibited content, and anything that would facilitate wrongdoing. Course examples and sandboxes are provided for lawful educational scenarios and professional development.

Access to some modules, datasets, or third-party integrations may be restricted in certain countries due to export controls or local regulations. It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable laws in Malaysia and any other jurisdictions where they operate.

Account and Access

Creating an account on BotLabLearn provides access to course materials, sandbox environments, and community forums. Accounts are personal unless an enterprise arrangement is in place. Organization administrators should assign appropriate roles and monitor access for compliance with internal policies and the platform's acceptable use rules.

You agree to provide accurate, current contact and organization information when creating an account. Keeping your profile up to date helps maintain secure access and ensure correct billing and communication for paid services.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and follow institutional security practices when accessing course sandboxes or integrating with APIs.

Accounts are non-transferable without explicit written agreement from BotLabLearn. Enterprise subscriptions may include administrative transfer options as specified in a separate agreement.

Services Provided

BotLabLearn provides online courses, practical labs, sandbox environments, and documentation focused on building and maintaining AI chatbots. Services include guided modules, instructor-led workshops, downloadable templates, and optional professional services such as mentoring and integration support. Course content presents examples, scenario-based exercises, and case studies to bridge theory and practice.

BotLabLearn may modify, add, or remove course content and features over time to reflect evolving best practices and technology. Changes will be published on BotLabLearn.info and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers in advance for planned migrations or curriculum updates.

While BotLabLearn aims to provide reliable access, temporary outages or maintenance windows may occur. Scheduled maintenance will be posted in advance where feasible. Availability of third-party integrations depends on those providers and may affect functionality in certain labs.

Acceptable Use Rules

Users must follow the platform's acceptable use rules. These rules focus on maintaining a safe learning environment, protecting third-party rights, and ensuring experiments do not expose sensitive real-world data without proper authorization.

• Do not upload or use real personal data in public sandboxes without necessary consents and anonymization.
• Avoid creating content that facilitates illegal activity, harassment, or discrimination.
• Respect rate limits and API usage policies for integrated services to prevent abuse.
• Label synthetic or simulated data clearly when presenting case-study results.
• Disclose when content is generated by models and provide clear human oversight in deployment scenarios.
• Use examples and case studies ethically; do not replicate restricted or copyrighted datasets without permission.
• Follow instructor and administrator guidance during live workshops and collaborative projects.

User Content

User Content includes conversation logs, bot designs, training prompts, and any materials you submit or generate within BotLabLearn. Content may be visible to instructors or other participants depending on the course and sandbox settings.

You retain ownership of original materials you upload to your private workspace. When participating in shared exercises or public forums, you grant BotLabLearn a limited license to display and use the content for educational purposes and platform improvement.

By submitting User Content to shared or public areas, you grant BotLabLearn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to support learning activities, analytics, and quality improvements, subject to anonymity and privacy safeguards where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that User Content you provide does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. Do not include credentials, actual client data, or confidential information in shared exercises.

BotLabLearn may remove User Content that violates these terms, local laws, or third-party policies. To request removal, contact support with details and supporting justification.

Intellectual Property

BotLabLearn retains intellectual property rights to course curriculum, proprietary tools, templates, and platform code. Course participants receive access rights for learning and allowed professional use as specified in subscription terms.

• Do not redistribute platform materials or replicate proprietary templates for commercial resale unless expressly permitted.
• Attribution may be required when deriving public-facing educational materials from BotLabLearn content.
• Respect third-party licenses for libraries, datasets, and models used within exercises.

Paid Services

Paid services include premium courses, instructor-led workshops, private sandbox instances, mentoring sessions, and enterprise integrations. Pricing and feature sets are described on BotLabLearn.info and in individual service agreements.

Pricing is displayed during checkout and in subscription dashboards. Promotional or discounted rates are time-limited and specified in the offer terms. Enterprise pricing is subject to negotiated agreements.

Payments are processed through the selected payment provider. You must provide valid payment details and ensure billing information is accurate. Failure to pay may lead to suspension of paid features.

Subscriptions renew according to the chosen cadence until cancelled. Cancellation instructions are available in account settings. Subscriptions may include trial periods; trial terms will be disclosed upfront.

Refunds are handled case-by-case and depend on the product type, usage, and timing. For paid workshops and mentoring, requests submitted promptly and with supporting context are reviewed and resolved in line with the stated refund policy.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in an agreement.

Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the payer and will be displayed during checkout where required by law.

BotLabLearn may update prices for future billing periods. Existing paid plans will be honored for the active period unless otherwise stated in a subscription amendment.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features. BotLabLearn will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve billing issues when possible.

Disclaimer

Course materials and tools provided by BotLabLearn are for educational and professional development purposes. Examples and case studies are illustrative; results depend on user inputs, implementation choices, and external systems. Users should validate outputs before deploying solutions in production environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotLabLearn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of platform tools, course guidance, or sandbox experiments. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the specific paid service in the prior 12 months.

Third-Party Integrations

Third-party services, APIs, and datasets integrated into BotLabLearn courses are governed by their own terms. Users must comply with those third-party policies when enabling integrations. BotLabLearn is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

Termination

BotLabLearn may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or security concerns. Termination may be immediate where necessary to protect the platform or users.

On termination, access to course materials and sandbox instances may be revoked. Retention of user data follows the privacy and data retention policies specified separately; users should export or back up their permitted content before termination where possible.

Privacy

BotLabLearn collects personal data necessary for account management, course delivery, billing, and support. Data handling follows privacy practices described in the Privacy Policy available at BotLabLearn.info/privacy. For Malaysia-based operations, data processing considers local regulatory requirements and accepted data protection practices.

Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive administrative and educational communications from BotLabLearn. Marketing messages may be sent with an option to opt out. Urgent operational notices related to security or service availability may be sent via email or phone.

Changes to Terms

BotLabLearn may update these terms to reflect changes in legal, operational, or educational practices. Material changes will be posted with an effective date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BotLabLearn's operations and the user's contractual relationship as specified in service agreements. For users and organizations operating in Malaysia, local statutes and regulations will apply to aspects of data handling and consumer protections.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be addressed in the first instance through BotLabLearn support and escalation channels. Unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or legal resolution as set out in applicable service agreements.
